Thank you for participating in our upcoming Batavia Orchid Show on March 21 and 22. Below you will find two documents:
- Batavia Show Schedule has all the details, rules, and includes all the trophy groups and classes
- Exhibit Registration Spreadsheet to be used to register your exhibits. Instructions can be found on the first tab of the spreadsheet.
Please complete the Exhibit Registration Spreadsheet and email the completed spreadsheet to jenson6@gmail.com by Thursday, March 19 at 6:00 pm.
Steps to follow:
- Complete the Exhibit Registration Spreadsheet and email to jenson6@gmail.com by Thursday, March 20 at 6 pm
- Set up your exhibit between 9:30 am and 4 pm on Friday, March 20
- Break down your exhibit at 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 22
- HAVE FUN!
